One way our business name, Mini Social, is reflected in events we help to host is in the mini details we prepare to make an event stand out in a big way. This is true in one of our newest additional services, Floral Arrangements. Flowers add vibrancy and joy to any tablescape and fill space in a beautiful way. 

Small centerpiece arrangements are creatively designed to complement your event. We use a number of factors when choosing our selections such as; the color scheme and theme of your event, best quality of seasonal availability, and your personal preferences. We are happy (and love) to be involved in as many of the details of your event at Mini Social as you choose. We’ve compiled a few of the most frequently asked questions we’ve received on this new service to help you decide if it is something you want to add. 


What kind of flowers can I expect to choose from for the floral arrangements?


Some of our go to flowers to create arrangements include spray roses, ranunculus, carnations, mums, tulips, hydrangeas, wild flowers, sunflowers, and daisies. We select the best available based off of the season. If you have a favorite flower that is out of season, but you’d like to make it the star of your arrangement, we will try our best to accommodate!

In addition to the main flower of focus, we add floral accents such as baby’s breath, St. Jon Wort, eucalyptus, alstroemerias, wax flowers, chamomile or feverfew daisies, and other greenery.

All arrangements are finished off with non floral accents tailored to your event such as decorative sticks, sometimes painted with gold or glitter, dried pampas grass, feathers, or themed floral picks (such as wooden bees for a Winnie The Pooh Baby Shower). We then add tulle, ribbon, twine, burlap, or rope to the vase for an added pop to finish them off. 

Do I have to supply my own vases?

  • If you plan to provide your own vases for our team to use, we ask that you please drop them off at Mini Social no later than 2 days before your event. This will ensure we have optimal time to put together your arrangements in time for the event.

  • We do have vases at Mini Social that can be used. Our vases are not to be taken home, but you are welcome to take home the fresh floral from your arrangements (excluding non floral accents). If you are planning to bring them with you we ask that you please bring something of your own to take them home in. (Pro tip: bring a tall container and plastic bag for coverage to avoid water spillage while transporting them).

How much can I expect to spend on flowers?

  • Arrangements are $20-$25 each depending on floral preferences. The average event needs 6-8 centerpieces but will depend on your guest count and preferences of setup.
